A Few Things To Keep In Mind As You Get Started
You can work through the course at your own pace and the lessons build upon one another.
So, you and your partner can work through them one a day or one each week, or one whenever the mood strikes you. You can also revisit past lessons you loved or spend a little more time on a particular technique to really get the most out of it.
And because you have access to the Workshops you’ll find that new lessons and resources will be added as the Kouples Workshop grows!
Keep Communication Flowing
As you move through the lessons you’ll find yourself learning new things about movement, stretching, and your partner.
As you do, be sure to take time to talk about your experiences. Here are some helpful questions to use as conversation starters:
